Delete your Pill Rao account

1. Open Pill Rao and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete Account.
4. Review the warning and enter your current password if the account has one. A Google-only account uses the authenticated session.
5. Confirm permanent deletion.

The app will sign you out and cancel locally scheduled Pill Rao reminders after the request succeeds.

Permanent deletion removes your profile and login identifiers, sessions, medicine schedules, adherence history, prescriptions, profile photo, points and badges, invitations, care-circle links, encouragement messages, pregnancy information, appointments, health notes, activity aggregates, and device-token records associated with the account.

A minimal audit entry containing a one-way account reference, deletion event, and timestamp may be retained. It does not contain contact, medicine, prescription, or adherence information. Deleted private objects remain in protected provider soft-delete storage for seven days. Database rows may remain in seven retained daily backups and seven days of transaction logs until rotation completes. Those copies are not restored into active use except during authorized disaster recovery.

Email aanjansai96@gmail.com from the email address associated with your account, or include your registered mobile number and a safe way for support to verify the request. Do not send your password, security answers, prescription files, or medical details.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Removing the app from your device does not delete your Pill Rao account.
